We are looking for a Production Manager to join the team in Byron Bay — a pivotal role responsible for bringing each collection to life with precision, commercial clarity and consistency.

The Role

This is a hands-on, end-to-end production role. You will work closely with design, merchandising and suppliers to ensure collections are delivered on time, on margin, and to the highest standard.

You are someone who understands both product and business — equally comfortable in a fitting, a costing negotiation, or managing offshore production timelines.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

·       Leading production from development through to bulk delivery

·       Partnering with design to assess feasibility, fabrics and factory allocation

·       Owning pricing and supplier negotiations to achieve margin targets

·       Managing SMS and bulk production timelines end-to-end

·       Overseeing fabric and trim sourcing in line with delivery schedules

·       Maintaining accurate costing across systems and production stages

·       Building and managing strong relationships with offshore suppliers

·       Ensuring quality, fit and finish are consistent with brand standards

·       Identifying risks early and problem-solving across timelines, cost and delivery

 

What We’re Looking For

This role will suit someone coming from a premium or contemporary fashion brand, with a strong eye for product and a deep understanding of production.

·       5+ years’ experience in Production, Product Development or Technical roles

·       Experience working with offshore suppliers and managing end-to-end production

·       Strong commercial acumen — confident in costing, pricing and margin management

·       A sharp eye for detail across fit, fabrication and finish

·       Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple seasons and deadlines

·       Calm, solutions-focused and able to navigate pressure with clarity

·       A natural collaborator who can work closely with design and cross-functional teams

·       Experience working with CIN7 & WFX is preferred
